Whether you want the 'full Irish', which will set you up for a day's sightseeing or golf, or prefer a more modest meal in the morning, you can be sure of fresh local ingredients and careful preparation.
Evening meals are not available but we can advise you about good places to eat both in Callan and in nearby Kilkenny City where there is a very good selection of restaurants in all price ranges.
